See the lights of the town at night while watching cruise ships glide into the bay.  Located approx 6 blocks from the iconic waterfront Malecon, you arrive via A Funicular (open air elevator)

Enter into a serene open air courtyard with a fountain, out to the open concept living, dining zone, all with views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean, across the infinity pool.  The villa was thoughtfully designed with a holistic concept and organic ingredients as well as antiques with the soft patina of age.   The villa includes a full staff with chef, well equipped kitchen & BBQ.

  • All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
  • For safety and security of the villa, guests and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time.

Bedroom #3: has a king bed plus an extra twin bed, for a total of 13 persons in full house renta.  Additional fee applies for extra person

Summer $115 USD plus 16% tax /night

Winter: $135 USD plus 16% tax /night
