It is located only 3 miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the upscale residential area called South Shore on Punta Negra Beach. The ride from the airport takes about 25 minutes and follows the shore past beautiful villas, condos and resorts. A bus stop and taxi stand is right across the street with service available 7 x 24.

The balcony runs the length of the condo and provides a magnificent, 180 degree panoramic view. The master bedroom and main living area both open onto the full length balcony. In certain seasons you will see dolphins and whales in the beautiful blue-green water.

There is a king-size beds in the master bedroom and the guest room. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area and A/C mini splits in the main living area as well as in each bedroom. The second bedroom has a private balcony which faces the jungle.
