Villa Amapas North is a spectacular 3 plus bedroom luxury villa located on a sandy beach in Conchas Chinas just a short walk from town. With approximately 6,000 sq ft living space including 3 spacious guest suites, 4 bathrooms, elevator, heated infinity pool and full staff to pamper you.

The architectural design is contemporary with a fusion of Mexican and European details in the decor. There are vaulted ceilings with massive wooden beams & red tile roof, hand painted murals, antique doors, one of a kind artesanias and the best of local art for a gracious yet relaxed atmosphere.

The villa is located on a beautiful sandy beach just south of town. The large infinity pool overlooks the sparkling pacific and is part of a spacious terrace that flows out of the dining /living area. The main floor includes the living & dining area, a gourmet kitchen, guest bath and Bedroom #1. The upper floor has the spacious Master suite and another bedroom.
