The Villa Amapas experience is enchantment, filled with light, spacious and open to appreciate the ocean views.  A truely luxe villa with  4 bedrooms located on a sandy beach in Conchas Chinas, less then a mile from all the charm and energy of downtown Puerto Vallarta.   With approximately 7,000 sq ft living space including 3 spacious guest suites and one smaller guest bedroom, 5 bathrooms, elevator, a heated infinity pool and full time staff it is ideal for entertaining or a quiet get away.

The architecture has the clean lines of a contemporary design with the influence of a Mexican Hacienda with vaulted ceilings with massive hand hewn wooden beams and antique doors.  The property has been professionally decorated by Peter Bowman a local designer who was named one of the worlds top 100 designers by Architectural digest.  His signature touches of whimsy are combined with such impressive pieces as a massive 5 foot long baptismal font.

The villa is located on a beautiful sandy beach just south of town.  The large infinity pool overlooks the sparkling pacific and is part of a spacious terrace that flows out of the dining /living area.

The main floor includes the living & dining area, a gourmet kitchen, guest bath and Bedroom #1.  The upper floor has the spacious Master suite and a third bedroom.  The forth bedroom is up a private stairway and has a whimsical design perfect for children as well private bath, terrace and partial ocean view.
