A 7 bedroom contemporary design luxury villa set oceanfront inside the gates of the Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos residential community, located just steps from the beach club with restaurant, sandy beach, stand up paddle board, onsite work out room & much more.
The combination of simplicity of design, breathtaking natural setting and inspiring lifestyle are generously offered in this unique property. Located only 7 miles from the charm & energy of downtown Puerto Vallarta, yet in a world of its own, Casa Kismet will charm your senses. Truly breathtaking ocean views from most rooms
Have a larger group?– we can assist – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste and Casa Demae are all just a few feet apart and divided by our lush gardens on the oceanside, but each can be accessed via our walking path in less than a minute. Together we can accommodate up to 38 guests in 19 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.
