Our week at Villa Las Puertas was absolutely magical. Pictures don’t do this property justice. The outdoor spaces are much larger and more spread out than any of the pictures show. The multiple terraces all had gorgeous views. The landscaping and trees were impeccably maintained, and it felt like everyone in the house could have their own private outdoor area. Some of the rooms even had their own private patio and balcony. The primary suite and bathroom offered soaring ceilings and mile-high drapes which was very akin to old-world luxury. The shower was the most unique in any home I’ve stayed in. The staff was also great. Mago, the chef, and ChiChi, the house manager were always available and ready to help us in any way. They always went above and beyond to try and accommodate any of our needs. The lovely housekeeper also did a fantastic job of resetting our rooms everyday without ever being in the way. Our concierge, Alberto, was wonderful and helped arrange everything we asked for, including massages at the house. Staying at Villa Las Puertas was a dream, and we can’t wait to be back.

The villa design is traditional Mexican with an infusion of Moroccan details & a bohemian charm, with an emphasis on outdoor living with spacious terraces and open air living areas, most with spectacular ocean views. The villa was renovated and includes all the comforts & amenities you expect for a perfect get away.

The spacious villa has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on the main level for guests who prefer no stairs, 3 deluxe bedrooms on the top level and a private hideaway in the garden below surrounded by tropical flowers.
